    What are the precautions for using laser glass tubes? The endurance laser is explained as follows:

1. The support point of the laser tube should be at 1/4 of the total length of the laser tube to ensure that the flow rate of the cooling water is 2L-4L/min; otherwise, the effect is not good, it will cause the mode hopping, and the spot will change several points to cause the power to drop; The cooling water return port must be covered by water in the water tank, otherwise the cooling water in the laser tube will not be filled when it is turned on.

2. The laser tube is made of glass, which is fragile. When installing and using it, it must be handled with care to avoid local stress.

3. During the debugging process, adjust the laser support point or rotate the laser orientation to achieve the best output and fix the laser.

4. When using the machine, the cooling water must be turned on first. The principle of low inlet and high is used to adjust the position of the outlet pipe to ensure that the cooling water is filled with the cooling pipe. There is no bubble in the pipe, and then the power is turned on. Requirements: The cooling water must be soft water (distilled water or purified water), and always pay attention to the water temperature of the cooling water. The water temperature should be controlled within the range of 25 ° C to 30 ° C. It should not be too high or too low, especially in summer, once the water temperature is too high, The cooling water should be replaced or shut down for a period of time: the cooling water in the cold area should not freeze. Especially after the laser is stopped, the cooling water should not be stored in the laser tube to prevent the cooling water from freezing and causing the crack. (It is important to note that the user who uses AC power must be grounded to the cooling water tank).

5. Care must be taken to protect the output of the laser tube to prevent the smoke generated during the working process (including the debugging of the light path) from being sputtered onto the surface of the output port to prevent contamination of the outer surface of the output port, otherwise the success rate will be reduced and often available. Gently wipe the outer surface of the output with absorbent cotton or silk cloth and absolute alcohol.

6. Must pay attention to: Avoid dust accumulation around the high voltage electrode, keep it dry, and keep the high voltage end away from the metal as much as possible to prevent high voltage ignition.

7. During the use of the laser tube, no scale can be formed in the cooling tube to avoid blocking of the cooling water and the heat dissipation effect is deteriorated. Once found, the cooling tube can be cleaned with 20% dilute hydrochloric acid to remove scale.

8. Pay attention to the use of laser tube to save laser energy as much as possible. The optimal working current point of the laser tube is 16 mA.


Check for troubleshooting laser tube problems

- Laser light, but the carving is not deep enough

You can check the following items:

1. Check if the fulcrum of the laser tube is correct (at 1/4).

2. Check if the light intensity setting is too small.

3. Check if the optical path is offset.

4. Is the focus adjusted correctly?

5. Whether the surface of the bracts has scratches or dusty dirt

6. Is the flow pressure of the cooling water normal?

To address this issue, the following checks can be made:

1. Check if the fulcrum of the laser tube is correct (at 1/4).

2. Is the cooling water temperature too high, exceeding 30 degrees?

3. Does the lens heat up?

4. Is the flow pressure of the cooling water normal?

1. Check if the laser tube has light, whether the water protection is damaged, and whether the light is controlled by water protection (light is emitted when the water is flowing, and does not emit light when the water is not clear)

2. Whether the water temperature is normal or not, the normal temperature is between 25 °C and 30 °C. In the cold area, the cooling water must be prevented from freezing. After the machine stops working, the cooling water in the laser tube must be cleaned and the cooling water must not be stored. Inside the laser tube.

3. Check that the water pressure is normal and the flow direction must be kept low and high.

4. Check if the water pipe in the waterway will be dismantled.

5. Check if there are bubbles in the laser tube. The laser tube cannot have bubbles.

6. If the above 1-5 items are normal after the inspection, then it can be judged that the laser tube itself may be a problem.
